SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery Options

We currently offer convenient and reliable delivery through PAXI and PUDO across South Africa.

  • PAXI: Collect your parcel from a PAXI point near you (usually a Pep store).

  • PUDO: Locker-to-door or locker-to-locker delivery for your convenience.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with your tracking number and delivery instructions.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • PAXI Economy (7–9 working days)

  • PAXI Standard (3–5 working days)

  • PUDO Locker to Locker (1–4 working days)

  • PUDO Locker to Door (2–5 working days)

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the courier’s schedule, or public holidays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on your chosen delivery method and parcel size.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
You can track your parcel directly on the courier’s website:

  • PAXI Tracking

  • PUDO Tracking

Packaging

All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely and in excellent condition.

Delays or Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, please contact us at exstaphia.projects@gmail.com with your order number. We’ll assist in locating your parcel and resolving any issues.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may return an item within 2 days of receiving it, provided it meets the following conditions:

  • The item is unused or unworn.

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email or receipt) is provided.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, custom orders, or personalized products unless they arrive damaged or defective.​​

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We carefully check all items before shipping, but if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Send an email to exstaphia.projects@gmail.com with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or sent in error.
We recommend using PAXI or PUDO for secure and affordable returns.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on where to send your parcel.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days, and funds will be returned via your original payment method.
